Glory to Ukraine!
Putin will turn seventy this year. He will live another ten, fifteen, and if he is lucky, maybe even twenty. He will not give up until his last breath. He will not give up because he has nothing to lose. He has nothing to lose because he holds everything and everyone in high regard. He leads the West by the nose. He despises his own people. He is not moved by the collapse of the stock market, or the insolvency and bankruptcy of Russia, or the loss of fortunes of Russian billionaires. He treats the boys he sends to this hideous war as cannon fodder. It does not matter to him whether ten thousand or a hundred thousand of them die.

Putin is a criminal and this war is a crime.

I understand President Zelensky trying to negotiate with Putin. A responsible leader of an attacked country should try everything to stop aggression, even negotiations with the devil.

But I don't understand the president of France or the chancellor of Germany, who are talking to Putin. You can't negotiate with a terrorist. The leaders of the free world should immediately, jointly and unequivocally announce that, first, Putin is a criminal, second, that they will not talk to Putin, third, that the Hague Tribunal is waiting for Putin and, fourth, that they will not give up the sanctions an inch as long as Putin is in power in Russia.

Such a declaration would not influence Putin, but it would change a lot, because it would show that the West will be firm and consistent, something it has never been towards Putin.
Putin would like to control Ukraine as soon as possible in order to use his lying narrative and impose conditions on the West. I will leave Ukraine, but only if you guarantee that Ukraine will never join NATO and the European Union. I bet that the opportunistic West would agree to Putin's conditions, which is why its leaders have not been able to squeeze out this four-point declaration. It is sad.

This war can unfold in three different scenarios.

The first of them is the scenario planned by Putin. Take control of Ukraine and then set conditions for the West. However, this scenario is unlikely, because Putin has encountered huge resistance from brave and stubborn Ukrainians and his decrepit army is completely demotivated. And even if he murdered Zelensky, because no one has any doubts that he gave the order to eliminate him, and put Yanukovych at the head of the puppet government, because no one has any doubts why he appeared in Minsk, he will not succeed in establishing peace and maintaining unwanted power.

In the second scenario, Ukrainians will repel the invaders and drive them out of Ukraine. The entire free world would like such a scenario, but even with such an unwavering attitude of Ukrainian men, their will to fight and heroism, this scenario seems unfortunately unlikely, because Putin will throw everything he has at this war.

The third scenario seems most likely. A long, senseless war lasting for weeks, months, or even years, in which Ukrainian and Russian blood will be shed.

Ukraine was left alone.

Neither assurances of support from the leaders of the free world, nor assistance for women with children fleeing war, nor supplies of weapons to Ukraine or support for mercenaries will change the fact that Ukraine must defend itself.

I would like to ask a question: Why doesn't NATO introduce two hundred thousand soldiers into Ukraine to defend Kiev from Putin's military offensive?

The United States has repeatedly intervened militarily in many places around the world over the past half-century. Is it unwilling, unable to get involved now because then it was all about money, and now it is all about freedom?

The leaders of the US, UK, France and Germany keep saying that Putin's attack is an attack on Europe and the entire free world. If so, why don't they want to defend Europe and the entire free world from this attack?

Or maybe they are not defending Ukraine because Ukraine is not in NATO? That would be a stupid argument. NATO was created to defend its members, but refusing to defend Ukraine is nothing more than burying one's head in the sand and the West recognizing that Ukraine belongs to the Russian sphere of influence and sending Putin a clear message: "you can do whatever you want with Ukraine."

Or maybe the answer is even simpler. Maybe the West is afraid of World War III? If so, it means that NATO will not defend Poland either, because why would it stop fearing World War III if Putin entered Poland.

Or is the West afraid that Putin will press the nuclear button if NATO forces appear around Kiev? That would be a stupid argument. I am not advocating NATO to invade Russia, or even to take part in Putin's war. I am talking only about defending Kiev from being taken over by the Russians, and defending Kiev has no bearing on the risk of Putin using a nuclear bomb.

NATO will not defend Kiev.

Neither Biden nor Johnson nor Trudeau nor Steinmeier nor Macron have balls even half as big as Zelensky.

Nobody will help Ukraine.

Ukraine must defend itself.

Ukraine will defend itself.

Glory to Ukraine!
